Vegan hotspot Gracias Madre is serving a Clarified Sparkling Margarita, a twist to the classic champagne toast in the spirit of New Year’s Eve. The creative carbonated cocktail is made with Siete Leguas Blanco Tequila, clarified lime juice (clarified in a centrifuge), agave syrup, purified water, orange bitters and saline solution, served in a champagne flute with invisible orange salt painted on the rim.
