A cocktail worthy of a being a centerpiece! Beacon Tavern’s head bartender Alex Schmaling created the Cornucopia made with cranberry sauce-infused vodka, Cardamaro, Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambery and lime. It’s a crafty cosmopolitan that’s citrus-driven, full of cranberry sauce flavors of orange, spice and bay with herbaceous and bitter notes from the vermouth and cardamaro.

Peach Cobbler Cocktail at Boa Steakhouse in West Hollywood

Skip the turkey and celebrate Thanksgiving with a steak over at BOA Steakhouse. While you are there, wash it down with the Peach Cobbler cocktail made with CÎROC Peach Vodka, hazelnut liqueur, heavy cream and garnished with brown sugar and crushed graham cracker for rimming.

Thanksgiving would be the same without pumpkin pie. For the holiday, mixologist Ben Rojo of The East Village’s Black Emperor created the Don Papa Rum. The classic dessert-inspired drink is made with pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice syrup, orange bitters and lime juice, garnished with a mint sprig and icing sugar.

Legends of the Fall at Lionfish in San Diego

Thanksgiving at 80 degrees and sunshine? Count us in. Down in San Diego, Lionfish at Pendry San Diego is balancing its beachy vibe with some rich seasonal cocktails. The Legend Of The Fall, created by bartender Miach Scott is a whiskey sour variation, made with Hibiki Harmony, Amaro Montenegro, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram Maple Ginger Rosemary Cordial, fresh lemon and fresh pineapple juice. The drink will pair perfectly with the restaurant’s Friendsgiviging feast event happening Wednesday, Nov. 27.
