Yet another reason to head to The Bazaar by José Andres at the SLS Beverly Hills: the restaurant’s Bar Centro has launched a new program called Bazaar Bar Flights, with some killer concoctions. This bartender-curated experience features a selection of six different cocktails enjoyed over the course of the one-hour tasting which is described as “immersive.”

The Bazaar Bar Flight offerings will change depending on the season but the current menu includes one called Smoke on the Water with Johnnie Walker Black Label, Benedictine, lime juice, simple syrup and muddled blackberries and Ben Franklin’s Milk Punch (pictured above) with Lepanto sherry brandy, lemon zest, lemon juice, spring water, freshly grated nutmeg, sugar and whole milk.
Other drinks to expect on the current Bazaar Bar Flight rotation are the LN2 Caipirinha, a Ramos Gin Fizz, G&T Spheres, the Mini Porron and Blurred Borders.
