We are into all things spritz these days, and the Clacson Spritz from Bar Clacson is a delicious riff on this warm weather sip. Made with Aperol, Absolut Elyx, fresh lemon juice, white wine syrup and soda water, this drink is ideal for those boozy nights – and days.
“The Clacson Spritz is the house rendition of the classic Aperol Spritz aperitivo style cocktail,” explains Bar Manager, Dustin Newsome. “This refreshment is designed for those who enjoy all things tall and spritzy, not to mention all things awesome!”
Clacson Spritz Recipe and Preparation
- 1 oz. Aperol
- 1 oz. Absolut Elyx
- .75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz. white wine simple syrup (1:1 white wine : granulated white sugar)
Shake with a small piece of cracked ice, and strain into the 18 oz. portion of the shaker tin. Top with soda, and pour into a chilled Collins glass over a spear. Garnish with an orange slice.
