Concoct ‘tails at Analogue’s Valentine’s Cocktail Class

Dinner dates can happen anytime, anywhere. Spice it up this Valentine’s Day at Analogue’s unique mixology class for couples.

Together, lovebirds will concoct three of Analogue’s sophisticated cocktails using go-to mixing spirits: rum, vodka and bourbon. These are the Hemingway Daiquiri, a rum drink created for its famous namesake; vodka-based West Eighth, one of Analogue’s signature drinks; and Paper Plane which pairs bourbon, Aperol and Italian amaro.

No stress. There is hands-on instruction on “how-to,” everything from education of spirits to ingredients and tools used for crafting.

The 90-minute interactive class will be held in The Back Room featuring a private bar, cozy leather couches and a masculine, yet sophisticated design setting the intimate mood for cocktails and conversation. Complimentary bites for nibbling, too.

Shake, stir and sip (like a pro) with your S/O. What gets sexier than that on V-day?
