Dive into the first station, the Raw Bar, offering an array of chilled seafood, such delectable Octopus Ceviche and cracked Stone Crab Legs; followed by a seasonally-inspired Salad station. Other spread highlights include a unique Timpano Station and a made-to-order Frittata Action Station. In addition to the buffet offerings, all tables will begin with a charcuterie plate with assorted Italian cured meats and cheeses alongside house-baked bread and caponata.
The brunch includes the restaurant’s classic Tomato & Basil Spaghetti and decadent Duck & Foie Gras Ravioli served tableside; followed by a choice of a secondi piatti, or main course. Guests can choose from a selection of sumptuous entrées including Lobster Benedict -on a fried polenta cake with Hollandaise sauce, Chicken Parmigiano, Filet Mignon with Bearnaise sauce, and more.
