Diez y Seis’ specialty table-side beverage cart fully stocked to prepare only the best $15 build-your-own vodka-based Bloody Marys and tequila and mezcal based Bloody Marias. El Chapulin Colorado
Light & refreshing; mixed with Avion Tequila, Mezcal, Watermelon, Agave, Lime, and Habanero Tincture; garnished with Chapulin Salt Rim.
La Victoria
Fruity & frothy; shaken with Johnnie Walker Scotch, Orange Curacao, Kiwi, Lemon Juice, and Aquafaba (vegan version of egg whites).
Escuincle
Spicy & tangy; stirred with Jalapeno-infused Belvedere Vodka, Mango, Cilantro, and Lime; garnished with Pico Piquin (Mexican hot pepper blend) Rim.
For those who prefer to keep the bubbles flowin’, unlimited Champagne ($12) will also be offered throughout brunch. Don’t miss Chef Icardi’s choice of fresh Pressed Juice of the Day – Ginger and Wheat Grass shots optional.
The buffet includes two stations – one hot and one cold. The Hot Station will cook up a variety of sweet and savory favorites including traditional egg dishes, Mexican-style hot plates and Chef Icardi’s choice of a sweet breakfast dish, such as Mexican style French toast or pancakes. The Cold Station will offer only the freshest deli-style cold cuts, an assortment of different types of breads and cheeses, build-your-own parfaits and of course, pastries.
