This week’s drink of the week is the Duke of Suffolk from Suffolk Arms. Suffolk Arms is one of our very favorite bars in Manhattan with its fantastic cocktail menu and air of refinement balanced out with a true sense of New York City grit and swagger. Their signature Duke of Suffolk cocktail is their take on the Irish Coffee that features Gin, Earl Grey, and English breakfast tea, cream, and sugar created by Giuseppe Gonzalez.

• 1.15 oz Hendrick’s or Ford’s Gin
• Hot Sweet Tea (equal blend of English Breakfast and Earl Grey Sweetened 3:1 with Simple Syrup)
• Cream Float
