Drink of the Week: The Count from Atwood NY

It’s time to get into the Halloween spirit, and this cocktail from Gil Bouhana at Atwood NY in Midtown East is the perfect spook-tastic treat. A riff on the beloved Ramos Gin Fizz and Bounhana’s favorite Old Fashioned variety, The African Queen (bourbon, chocolate and creme de cacao), this drink gets playful, combining bourbon, creme de cacao and egg white with a special Count Chocula cereal garnish on top. Love the 80’s cereal nostaglia, this is a drink we can really sink our teeth into!

Cheers!
