Drink This Now: Rudolph at Osamil Upstairs in NYC’s Koreatown

The holidays are a magical time of the year, and what better way to get into the spirit than imbibing on great holiday-inspired cocktails for a fun night with friends at Osamil Upstairs! Koreatown’s speakeasy located on the 2nd floor of Osamil has launched an innovative new holiday cocktail menu, which features creative twists on classic cocktails with some additional Holiday Spirit. And even though Christmas has come and gone, there is no reason to stop the celebration!

Bartender, Camila Fernandez created The Rudolph based on a classic flip recipe, staying true to the flip flavor profiles yet infuses some of the traditional Christmas flavors she grew up with by using coconut milk instead of heavy cream, which also makes this a great dairy-free cocktail. Infusing pisco with cinnamon, and utilizing the vanilla notes and allspice dram from Don Papa 7 Rum, ignites the spice, warm, winter-like flavors that you want to taste in a holiday cocktail.
