Recently, we caught globe-trotting mixologist Nico de Soto in the Magic City, where he presented his new Asian-influenced cocktails created for the winter menu at KAIDO and it’s hidden bar, AMA. The charming, Parisian-born Nico is the creative genius behind the cocktail program at renowned restaurateur and chef Brad Kilgore’s dark-lit, yet stunningly decored, cocktail lounge and restaurant in Miami‘s fashionable Design District.
That fortuitous evening, we became “bar stool travelers” while de Soto took us on a cocktail tasting tour of the unique flavors from the many fascinating countries of Asia – from Bangladesh to Vietnam, and if you visit KAIDO in Miami, you can also experience these phenomenal cocktails:
