Lolo’s Surf Cantina is the place to fiesta on Cinco De Mayo for delicioso cocktails. The casual Baja-inspired Mexican restaurant and bar is located next to Ocean Beach Park in Miami’s South of Fifth neighborhood. With easy access from the beach, Lolo’s Miami also the perfect spot to relax and cool off after catching waves or rays at South Beach.
The Mexican-born chef/owner, Richard Ampudia, has inventive drinks as well as the clásicos, such as the margarita – on the rocks or frozen, on the menu to complement Lolo’s Miami elevated Mexican street food and popular regional dishes. Ampudia also owns Bar Bruno, a Mexican bistro in Brooklyn’s Carroll Gardens.

OAXACA
One of our favorites! A flavorful combination of mezcal, watermelon, lime, salty water, makes this smoky, yet fruity, drink irresistible.
EL MILLONARIO
A deliciously rich-tasting cocktail mixed with rum, apricot brandy, sloe gin and lime juice.
MOSCOW TO CANCUN
This creamy and fruit nectar-forward drink is made with vodka, mango, guava, lime, lavender, crema de cassis, and prosecco
SOUR COYOTE
This thick, spicy tropical cocktail, composed of reposado tequila, lemon juice, passion fruit, foamy egg whites and chili powder, is made for luxurious sipping.
HIBISCUS SANGRIA
Easy to drink, this wine punch has a touch of tartness. Made with red wine, hibiscus, tequila, St. Germain, orange juice, and lime. Served by the glass or pitcher.
Lolo’s has delicious small plates, such as Tostadas de Atun, -guacamole slathered on a crispy, open-faced fried tortilla topped with chunks of bright pink raw tuna, and the Bone Marrow Chalupa. For hardier appetites, go for the Chilaquiles or Carne Asada.

MARGARITA DE LA CASA
Tequila, triple sec, lime, agave nectar. Served on the rocks or frozen; by the glass or pitcher. Go classic or go tropical. with flavors such as mango, passion fruit, guava, or blood orange.
