It’s Girl Scouts Cookie season and Duffy’s Sports Grill is making a boozy adult version of everyone’s favorite treats. Now through February 9th, a portion of every sale of the S’mores Martini – made with vodka, Kahlua and dark Crème de Cacao – will benefit the Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida.
“Each year, we team up with the Girl Scouts for various events and fundraising opportunities,” explains Geri Emmett, Chairwoman of Duffy’s Foundation. “This year, our feature is a fun, delectable martini that was inspired by the Girl Scout S’mores Cookie. The chocolate and Kahlua liqueur are a match made in heaven, while the whipped vodka adds that marshmallow flavor found in the S’mores cookie.”

S’mores Martini at Duffy’s Sports Grill
- Chocolate Sauce
- Crushed Graham Crackers
- 1 oz. Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
- .5 oz. Kahlua
- .5 oz. Crème de Cacao Dark
- 2 oz. Half and Half
- 2 Girl Scout S’mores® Cookie
Method:
Dip the rim of a martini glass into chocolate sauce followed by crushed graham cracker crumbs to coat. Tap gently and shake off any excess crumbs that don’t stick. Invert glass and drizzle ¼ oz. of chocolate sauce into bottom of glass.
Add remaining ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, strain into prepared martini glass and serve. Garnish with 2 cookies served on the side in a 9 oz. rocks glass.
