Iconic Irish Pub Rock & Reilly’s Inaugurates Revamped L.A. Location

Get ready to rock in a whole new way. Sunset Boulevard’s most recognized Irish pub, Rock & Reilly’s, is welcoming back its faithful patrons under new ownership group led by Justin Levine and Robbie Earl.

Rock & Reilly’s storied past is part of the venue’s charm. According to an urban legend, the founder of the iconic pub was born during a bar fight and he immediately came out swinging. The location’s history, coupled with its routine celebrity sightings (Jason Statham, Scott Eastwood, Hilary Duff and more), is sure to make this newly updated space the perfect destination for Angelenos looking to let their hair down and enjoy the best food and bar ambiance.

After a brief respite, the neighborhood staple has opened its doors to feature a large, white marble bar top that blends in perfectly with the bar’s new espresso colored wood furnishings. A massive stone fireplace flanks one of the walls while a vibrant wallpaper pattern has replaced the bar’s old wall coverings. The floor boasts a zebra-like pattern made with interconnecting slabs of white marble and dark wood. High- backed booths, all lit by an updated LED lighting system, line the bar to give a more chic and polished presence than its predecessor. For sports aficionados looking for a game-day spot to call their own, “Reilly’s Attic” has been transformed to a living room scene complete with old school speakers, an entertainment center below an 80-in TV, cozy couches, foosball and pool tables. To put it simply, it’s a perfect place to watch and bet on sites like https://totohot.com/.

Rock & Reilly’s fans will be delighted to find freshly made bar favorites like burgers (a vegan Impossible patty version included), chicken wings with various gourmet sauces, large soft-pretzels and loaded nachos. All of the fare is made in-house from scratch with the guidance of the bar’s chef and culinary team. Weekends will usher in a special menu item, a traditional prime rib sandwich that is sure to delight.

Reilly’s has also notably stepped up their cocktail game. Far more than just Jameson shots, the bars offers creative whiskey concoctions such as the Irish Daiquiri made with Tullamore D.E.W. Irish whiskey, simple syrup and lime; the Sunset Blvd. made with Crown Royal whisky, Amoretto, Sprite and sour mix; the Irish Old Fashioned Redbreast Irish Whiskey made with angostura bitters, simple syrup and garnished with an orange peel; and the Man-Mosa made with Maker’s Mark Whisky, champagne and a splash of orange juice.

If you look at the cocktail menu closely, you may also find a cheeky item or two such as the Polite New Yorker which cost $0 or the $250,000 Ex Wife which includes “everything behind the bar, payable in monthly installments for the rest of your life.”

Patrons can also expect the largest selection of beers on tap in West Hollywood as Rock & Reilly’s will be serving over 20 varieties. Happy hour at the venue will give patrons half off all food and drink from 5 p.m to 7 p.m.. and game days will bring sports fans a free select appetizer per 64-oz pitcher of beer ordered.
