It’s summer and we are wearing shorts and bathing suits nearly every weekend, so it’s all about the healthiest – and lowest calorie – drink options we can find. This week, we are loving the Kale Margarita at Bounce Sporting Club, with tequila, agave, lime and fresh kale juice. It’s refreshing and light for hot summer days, but boozy and buzzy.
Kale Margarita Recipe:
- 1.5 oz tequila
- 0.75 oz agave
- 0.75 oz lime
- 0.50 oz kale juice
Mix ingredients together and serve in a highball glass with ice. Garnish with lime.
