Spring is finally here and there is no better time for a fling! A Gin Fling to be exact. The talented Brighid Maguire, resident mixologist at Bar Toscana, has designed four new cocktails for this popular Westside Tuscan restaurant and bar.
Located in the heart of Brentwood, Bar Toscana is an intimate cocktail bar situated next door to storied Toscana, a longtime home for Hollywood’s elite and our favorite locals. Spring additions to the Bar Toscana beverage menu of specialty drinks include the Pretty Beat Up, Come Rain or Come Shine, Bergamot Station and Negroni Fragoloni.
Maguire, whose seasonal fresh market drinks are influenced by a California climate that parallels that of Italy, created the cocktails to complement the new Stuzzichini selections served in addition to Toscana’s authentic Italian menu available at Bar Toscana. All spring drinks are priced at $14 and are now available. Check them out below.

Gin, Poli honey grappa, golden beets, ginger, lemon

Prosecco, Ramazotti Rosato, gin, lemon, orange peel
