Veza Sur Miami’s New Seasonal Beers for Fall

Veza Sur is a boutique brewery serving Latin-inspired, artisanal cervezas -from craft lagers and IPAs to sours, in an indoor/ outdoor setting in Miami’s hipster chic Wynwood district.

We taste tested – and approved, their newest brews for the season as well as beer cocktails and Chino-Peruvian street fare dishes from their new food truck, Chi-Fa.

This refreshing sour is full of fruity aromas; starts out fruity-sweet, but, then, finishes slightly tart and sour.  Available year round.

Tip:  Cocktail lovers try the Lulu Bird – The Lulu Sour mixed with fresh Citrus, and shaken with Sage, Peppercorn and housemade Dried Orange Reduction.

Café Con Flan

Rich, sweet & creamy; this beer cocktail combines Coffee Porter – Veza Sur’s traditional porter, cold-infused with a custom blend of medium and dark roasted Brazilian coffee, topped off a 5oz Flan Foam shooter made with Sweet Condensed Milk.

Order a Tasting Flight of four beers to pair with Chinese-Peruvian street fare style dishes from Veza Sur’s new, on-premise food truck, Chi Fa.  The Lulu Sour is great with the scrumptious Alitas –all natural chicken wings in a spicy house lager beer-eel reduction sauce.
