Head to Midnights in Williamsburg, they are part bar with a patio, part restaurant, part nightclub. While they don’t have a dance floor, they do have a DJ booth and a great outdoor space. If you are coming from Manhattan, Midnights located right off of the Bedford stop on the L-train.
About the Food
Chef Marcellus Coleman not only has experience working at EMP and and WD-50 for his mentor Wylie Dufresne, but also the winner of Food Network’s Chopped (Season 6, Episode 3.) He also staged at Alinea and Spiaggia, in Chicago and Bouley in TriBeCa. Chef Coleman recently left his position as Chef de Cuisine of the Dupont Circle Hotel in Washington D.C. to relocate to NYC.
