Move Over, Lettuce Cups: P.F. Chang’s Launches Pig-Inspired Cocktails for Chinese New Year

P.F. Chang’s may be our one of favorite chain restaurants thanks to its addicting lettuce wraps and mouthwatering Chang’s Spicy Chicken but its bar program is often overlooked. Not this year. Now through March 25, P.F. Chang’s will celebrate the Chinese Zodiac’s New Year of the Pig with a limited hand-crafted cocktail menu.

“P.F. Chang’s is a thoroughly modern Asian restaurant with lasting connections to its Chinese heritage,” said Tana Davila, P.F. Chang’s senior vice president of marketing and brand development. “We celebrate Chinese New Year as an homage to the culture that created us and to share good fortune with our guests in the best way we know how – delicious food and drinks.”

The Pink Pig Spritz

Hendrick’s Gin and Cointreau Liqueur with blood orange purée, pomegranate juice, and Villa Sandi Prosecco, served in a sugar-rimmed glass

Happier Than a Pig

Guests that dine in the restaurant will also receive a limited-edition Fortune-Telling Pig, that, once placed in the palm of the hand, reveals your hidden secrets. For the first time, P.F. Chang’s is also launching a Chinese New Year-inspired gift card featuring a pig made entirely of fresh peppers, with chili seeds positioned to create the Chinese symbol for “pig.”
