Perfected Cocktails to Drink at Beaufort Bar at The Savoy London

Located in the heart of London, the Fairmont managed hotel, The Savoy, is the only luxury hotel on the River Thames.  The hotel’s opulent, Art Deco designed Beaufort Bar has been on World’s 50 Best list, and recognized by Tales of the Cocktails for numerous years.

Fairmont Hotels hand-selects their top, award-winning mixologists from properties around the world to collaborate, design and launch a new cocktail menu, ‘Classics Perfected’, that just rolled out at every single property, including at The Savoy’s Beaufort Bar.

The Classics Perfected cocktail menu features 10 new cocktails which celebrate The Decades (19th and 20th centuries), paying homage to some of the most well-known cocktails in history.

Orange Trip

Based on an early version of the citrusy Whisky Sour; shaken with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Acidified Orange Juice, Simple Syrup, Angostura Bitters, and an Orange Wheel.

Birds and the Bees

The classic white wine spritzer is re- invented with Vodka; made with Grey Goose Vodka, Honey Syrup, Lemon Juice, Soda Water, Spritz Pernod and a Lemon Slice.

Soul Reviver

Based on the Corpse Reviver; mixed with Botanist Islay Gin, Casamigos Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, Blackberry Syrup, Lemon Juice, Rinse of Absinthe, and a Lemon Wheel.

Derby Bird

A modern twist on the Jungle Bird; made with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Campari, Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice and a Mint Sprig.

Material Girl

This gin-based version glams up the ‘90’s ‘Cosmo’; Botanist Islay Gin, St-Germain, lemon Juice, Apple Juice, and an Orange Twist.

Chai Tai

A dose of Chai Syrup adds a warm and spicy complexity to this take on of the classic Mai Tai; made with Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum, Botanist Islay Gin, Chai Syrup, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Angostura Bitters, and two Pineapple Leaves.

Madame Fleur

A powerful twist on the French 75; mixed with Bombay Sapphire Gin, Hennessy VS Cognac, Chamomile Syrup, Lemon Juice, Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, and a Lemon Twist.

Nacional Royale

In this version of the cocktail, named for the once, but long ago, glamorous Hotel Nacional de Cuba, the traditional Apricot Liqueur is replaced with Elderflower.  St-GermainMount Gay Black Barrel Rum, St Germain, Simple Syrup, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, and a Thin Lime Wheel.

Carte Blanche

This refreshing take of the Vesper; shaken with Grey Goose Vodka, Bombay Sapphire Gin, New World Chardonnay, an Orange Peel, Lemon Twist and Skewered Olive.
