Tahona Society is Back! As one of the leading global Bartender Advocacy programs, Tahona Society supports Bartenders around the world all year long, and bi-annually Tahona Society ups their commitment to creative Bartenders with a Competition to fuel the entrepreneurial spirits in the industry. Inviting Bartenders to share their innovative business ideas and visions that have potential to leave a lasting positive impact on our industry, people and planet. After the the global call round of submissions, ten Sustainable Bartender Business projects have been selected to compete in Tahona Society 2025 for the Grand Prize of a $50,000 investment from Altos Tequila to fuel their entrepreneurial dreams and further grow their sustainable business.
Gathering Bartenders Finalists, Industry Luminaries and and Business Experts, the 4th Edition of Tahona Society will take place in Guadalajara, Mexico from 8 - 12 of September. Creating a fully immersive summit, Tahona Society will host much more than a competition, but a 360-degree experience to prepare all of the Finalists for success in the business world. With days full of teaching, mentoring, workshops, study, practice rounds, classes, networking ... and of course, an exploration of Atlos Tequila.

Previous winners of the competition include - Diana Figueroa and David Roque from Cuba for their sustainable line of mixers, Alex Black and Makenzie Chilton from Canada with their mental health initiative and Jenny Teasdale and Jeffrey Garcia from Colombia for their initiative to increase glass recycling in Colombia.
Tahona Society was created in 2009 by Altos Tequila co-creators Dré Masso and the late, Henry Besant. Continually growing, the Tahona Soicety global community of more than 1,300 bartenders based on four pillars: education, networking, career opportunities and welfare.
