And after a super boozy holiday season, we are excited about the low ABV Sherry Negroni by Chris McPherson at Flinders Lane which uses sherry instead of gin and blends it with dry and sweet vermouth and Campari, for a not-so-potent cocktail treat.
Flinders Lane’s Sherry Negroni Ingredients and Preparation
- 1 oz Hidalgo Fino Sherry
- .75 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
- .75oz Dolin Sweet Vermouth
- .5 oz Campari
Stirred over ice and served on the rocks, with an orange peel garnish.
