Mango Sorbet Mimosa at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar

Spring is just starting to show its face up north, but it’s beach season all year long at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar – and there are delicious frozen cocktails to prove it.

Opened last year to much excitement, the chic Bahamas resort is already a favorite among savvy and sophisticated travelers – thanks in part to the exciting food and beverages options, like the Sorbet Mimosa, a yummy frozen take on the classic brunch cocktail.

Made with either Prosecco or champagne, mango sorbet, fresh juice and ice, the Sorbet Mimosa is blended to a puree and served with a helping of fresh fruit – the perfect tropical vacation treat.

“We have a lot of snowbirds visiting Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, so we created a mimosa cocktail that mimics the warm Bahamian sun,” explains Café Madeline’s Pastry Sous Chef Celeste Smith. “We use our house-made mango flavor sorbet, and freshly-squeezed orange juice and combine it with bubbly prosecco or champagne for a refreshing sundrenched experience.”

Go ahead, have a few – you’re on island time.
