Sugar, atop the 40th floor of EAST, Miami, located downtown in Brickell City Centre, is toasting to the Chinese New Year with Spring in Tai Po, a new featured martini. In honor of the ‘Year of the Pig, the rooftop bar, deck and lounge of the Hong Kong rooted hotel will celebrate on Tuesday, February 5, at 8pm with live entertainment by DJ Corrado Rizzo.
“The Spring in Tai Po cocktail was inspired by the extravagant display of Cherry Blossoms that bloom every year in the Tai Po district of Hong Kong,” shares Carlos Grotewold, Director of Nightlife at EAST, Miami. “As an ode to our Asian roots, we wanted to capture the essence of this springtime color in a beautiful and delicious cocktail.”
