Te’Kila, an upbeat Mexican cantina stocking  300+ types of tequila and agave-based spirits with rare and unique varietals, is the perfect place to celebrate the “holiday.”  Perched along the bustling Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks, Te’Kila restaurant and bar boasts an impressive tequila collection worth driving to the Valley for. Having created the concept 10 years ago with the sole focus of developing a restaurant around the spirit, they are one of the original tequila bars in the city. Their diverse tequila portfolio ranges from family-owned, small-batch brands to world-renowned distilleries, and rare, esoteric agave-based spirits that are made out of the protected appellation (Revel Spirits, Avila), or from different agaves (Raicilla, Bacanora, and Sotol). For those curious to try different varietals, tequila flights are also available, per recommendations from resident tequila expert and Co-Owner Kevin Zadoyan. Te’Kila also carries close to 30 bottles of mezcals, with emerging varietals perfect for sipping on as well. It’s no surprise that Te’Kila offers a diverse assortment of tequila-based cocktails with various flavor profiles, such as the smooth and creamy Avocado Margarita, the sweet and tangy Mango Tango, the refreshing Cucumber Melon, and the Hennchata with housemade horchata and a Hennessy VS topper.
