Nestled on the Las Olas waterfront, Casa Sensei is Fort Lauderdale’s newest brunch destination. The eatery’s outdoor patio, alongside a canal, is the perfect weekend spot to feast on sushi and their new brunch menu of Pan-Asian Latin Fusion dishes while sipping on chill drinks.
Bottomless Channé Rosé Wine
This Côtes de Provence Rosé from France blends Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault for a dry and crisp sip with hints of passionfruit. Served bottomless at weekend brunch; $30.
Sensei Tini
Rich and potent; Elyx Vodka, Junmai Sake, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and Guava Puree.
Rosé Mojito
This fruity take on the traditional Cuban rum-based drink is made with Castello Romitorio Rosé, muddled fresh Strawberries and Mint Leaves, Club Soda and Lemon Wedges.
SunSpritz
Light and refreshing; G.H. Mumm Brut Champagne, Aperol, Ramazotti Aperitivo and fresh Citrus. Pairs well with the delectable Tokyo Tuna Tower with Ahi tuna, spicy mayo and avocado layered on stacked veggie wonton chips.
The new brunch menu has many tempting selections, such as Lobster Eggs Benedict, Togarashi Fried Chicken and Waffles – chicken fried in tempura batter seasoned with spicy assortment of peppers and other spices and homemade waffles served with Sriracha maple syrup, or 6 oz. Wagyu Steak and Eggs served with Fingerling Potatoes.
