Crane’s Fiction at Analogue

Fall is approaching fast and we are already excited for all the autumn cocktails like the Crane’s Fiction at Analogue, a cozy cocktail and jazz bar in the West Village. Created by head bartender Zack Berger, this cocktail blends Rittenhouse rye with cinnamon syrup, Benedictine, housemate pumpkin cordial and an egg for a delicious sweater-weather treat. But just because it’s still warm out doesn’t mean you cant start enjoying the drink now!

Crane’s Fiction Ingredients and Recipe

  • 1.5 oz Rittenhouse Rye
  • .25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1 bar spoon Benedictine
  • 1 oz Housemade Pumpkin Cordial
  • 1 whole Egg

Preparation: Shake all ingredients and served over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Top with grated cinnamon garnish.
