Toki Can Cocktail at Sushi Garage in Miami Beach

Set in a former auto body shop in Miami Beach’s Sunset Harbour neighborhood, Sushi Garage has a unique contemporary interior marked by 200 stunning metal koi fish hanging sculptures. The ultra cool spot serves Japanese classics, inventive nigiri and creative cocktails, such as the Toki Can, a creative and super refreshing, and made with Toki Whisky, Chambord, blackberries, cranberry juice and mint.

“We wanted to create a cocktail with Japanese Whisky as the base and enhance it with fresh flavors by using berries and fresh mint,” says Jerome Hurtado, Sushi Garage’s Head Mixologist. “We loved the look of a tin, but wanted the diner to be able to see the refreshing cocktail through the class so we found glass cups in the style of a tin can.”
