We're All Mad Here at The Chandelier Bar in Las Vegas

In Vegas? Go down the rabbit hole with the We’re All Mad Here cocktail at The Chandelier Bar at The Cosmopolitan hotel, a tribute to beloved children’s tale Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. Made with a Butterfly Pea-infused gin, this drink – named for a quote made by the Mad Hatter character in the book – has a vibrant deep blue color that changes color – just like the story’s Cheshire Cat.

“The We’re All Mad Here is a whimsical experiential cocktail that is an ode to Alice in Wonderland,” explains Mariena Mercer, chief mixologist at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. “It changes colors while providing a tongue-tingling sensation that awakens your salivary glands and provides multi-sensory experience.”

1.5 oz. Empress Indigo gin
.5 oz. Soho Lychee
.5 oz. St Germain
1 oz. H20Apple Rosewater
1 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Chardonnay Cardamom Ginger syrup

Pour 3.5 oz in carafe and serve with bottle of gin and white wine glass with ice sphere, garnishes and straw. Guest will mix the elements and be instructed to eat the fruit leather. Garnished with an “Eat Me” buzz button leather and a “Drink Me” tab, as well as a mint sprig clothes-pinned to glass with viola flower.
